Mediation is a confidential process where a third-party neutral assists parties address conflict. Because mediation is voluntary, parties determine how they want to address their conflict and resolve it. Mediators assist parties identify issues, examine possible solutions, and explore mutually agreeable outcomes.
Danielle B. Shalov, Esq. is a mediator and educator. Ms. Shalov mediates cases in a wide practice area including workplace, business, partnership, family, and interpersonal disputes.
Ms. Shalov is the Director of the Representation in Mediation Clinic at the Elizabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. She is also the Director of the Mediation Clinic at New York Law School.
Ms. Shalov leads mediation trainings for professionals and court personnel.
Ms. Shalov received her BA, magna cum laude, from Kenyon College and her JD, magna cum laude, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa Society and Order of the Coif.
